Verification materials and sensitive account data are handled with restricted access controls and are not intended for public exposure. Public-facing profile information is limited to what users choose to publish or what the platform requires for listing visibility.

Strictly Hookup may retain records where necessary for fraud prevention, account security, moderation history, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

We do not treat off-platform arrangements between users as platform-managed transactions. Users should avoid sharing unnecessary personal information and should confirm identity and comfort levels before meeting.

During platform-facilitated webcam sessions, Strictly Hookup reserves the right to capture a small number of randomised still-frame screenshots from the session for the purpose of resolving disputes fairly. These captures are strictly admin-only, are never shared with either participant, and are automatically deleted after the dispute resolution window unless a dispute is actively in progress at that point.
