Your gallery can contain up to 20 media items, including up to 4 videos. A live profile must keep at least 4 approved public photos. The upload screen shows the accepted file sizes and video-duration limit.

Approved escorts can update profile details from Edit Profile. Normal edits do not re-send the whole profile into review, but trust-sensitive changes remain auditable.

If your approved public photos drop below the live minimum, the profile is removed from public browse until the minimum is restored.

Use the media manager to mark an approved public photo as your cover. The platform prefers approved public media for cover use.

In the media manager, mark approved media private and set its HookCoin price. Visitors receive a protected preview, while clients can confirm an unlock from the escort profile when their balance is sufficient.

Photo moderation is usually much faster than full onboarding review, but timing can vary with queue volume.

Media is rejected for poor quality, policy breaches, stolen content, identity mismatch, or images that make moderation impossible.

The platform compares new uploads with existing media to detect copied, repeated, or impersonated content. If you own the image and believe the match is wrong, open a support ticket for manual review.

Display-name changes are rate-limited and recorded for safety. Previous public names may remain visible as account history, and a name already used by another profile may not be available.

Messages live in Dashboard > Messages. Verified clients can start eligible conversations without an unlock fee; other supported flows show any HookCoin cost before confirmation.

The current unlock cost is shown before confirmation because it can be changed by platform settings. Once unlocked, that conversation stays open for your account.

Messaging is permissioned by account type, approval state, and verification where needed for trust-sensitive flows.

Delivery can fail if the other user is blocked, the conversation is not unlocked, or the account cannot access messaging yet.

Do not continue an unwanted conversation. Report abusive or suspicious contact with the relevant context, or open a support ticket when you need account-level help.

Use the reporting tools and include the relevant conversation context so the moderation team can review it quickly.

New-message alerts appear in the dashboard notification system. You can manage supported email and in-app notification preferences from Dashboard Settings.

The platform updates unread message counters when a conversation is opened, but it does not currently show a public per-message read receipt to the sender.

Open an escort profile with webcam availability, choose an allowed duration and time, then confirm the HookCoin cost. The selected duration is paid upfront into escrow and you can track status from Dashboard > Bookings.

The full HookCoin cost is held when the booking request is created. Declined, pending-cancelled, or expired no-start bookings are refunded. Completed calls release escrow to the escort minus platform commission after the dispute window closes.

Pending bookings refund in full. Accepted bookings can carry the platform cancellation fee shown in the booking rules. Once the call is in progress, use the dispute flow if something goes wrong.

If a call goes wrong, open the booking and submit a dispute within the post-call dispute window. Escrow remains held until admin resolves it by refunding the client, paying the escort, or splitting the escrow.

Connection quality depends on your device, browser permissions, and network stability. Refreshing and rejoining usually resolves short issues.

Eligible members can start from Dashboard > Advertise. Campaigns and creatives are reviewed before activation, and approved paid campaigns receive placement priority over house ads.

Today's Actions are automated prompts on your dashboard based on your current account state. They prioritise urgent blockers first, then useful next steps such as messages, bookings, support tickets, reviews, availability, saved searches, deals, and visibility improvements.

An action disappears when the platform detects that the task is complete or when a more urgent account state takes priority. For example, a media warning can disappear after enough approved public photos are restored.

Pending escorts can monitor approval status, open Verification, manage safe account settings, and contact support. Approved-only areas unlock after admin approval.

Available Now lets approved escorts signal that they are ready for contact today. When active, it can improve discovery and helps clients filter for profiles that are currently responsive.

Smart Match on Browse Escorts ranks profiles using signals such as public visibility, availability, verification, recent activity, reviews, and your selected filters.

Trust Passport summarises important profile trust signals such as approval, verification, media strength, availability, activity, and review history so clients can assess a profile faster.

Deal Drops are time-limited HookCoin or promo offers. They only show when your account matches the role, verification, timing, or other promo criteria set by admin.

Saved searches preserve useful browse filters so you can return quickly from Dashboard > Saved Searches instead of rebuilding the same search each time.

Favourites save profiles privately for later. Following helps you keep track of profiles you want to revisit. You can manage saved profiles from your client dashboard.

Client reputation is a trust snapshot based on verification, completed bookings, review behaviour, and account history. It gives escorts more context before accepting sensitive interactions.
